Exquisite champagne crafted with a feminine, well-balanced touch
A fourth-generation family producer located in Hermonville at the Massif de Saint-Thierry in the Montagne de Reims. Today the house is run by Béatrice Chrétien-Griffon and her daughter Claire. The vineyard has practised sustainable agriculture for over 25 years and in 2020 achieved HVE level 3 (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) certifications.
An elegant, classic vintage champagne with fresh citrus, grapefruit and lemon in the aromas, followed by lightly buttered toast and yellow fruits such as peach and apricot. The taste is balanced, fresh and structured, with a distinct minerality and increasing complexity in the glass.
